Toby and Lucija first met during an 8am Anatomy Lecture at Deakin University on a cold morning in August 2015.

Lucija saw a handsome looking bad-boy (who was wearing a backwards cap) and asked if she could sit next to him, in a nearly empty lecture theatre. From there, Toby asked if Lucija 'was on the sauce' as she looked tired as ever - very normal for an early lecture. Lucija would buy coffees for Toby every morning, and was very obvious about liking Toby however he was quite oblivious to this.

In December 2015, Lucija was heading to Croatia to visit her sister and kept in touch with Toby via skype most days until she got home.

February 14th 2016, Toby finally asked Lucija 'what are you doing this arvo?' once nagged by his friends because they all knew they liked each other and that he was oblivious.

Fast forward almost 9 years, Lucija and Toby have bought their first home and have two fur babies; Betty and Mavis and share the love of watching cute animal videos, crime shows and annoying each other at the gym.
